Q. Can I smoke in your minibus?
A. No. Our minibus is strictly no smoking. However we will stop for cigarette breaks on long journeys.

Q. Do you provide child seats?
A. We do not provide child seats, however you may use your own and we will be happy to store them for you for your return journey .

Q. What is your policy on drunken behaviour?
A. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. No. The price which we quote will be the price paid, and is for the vehicle regardless of the amount of passengers.

Q. How does the meet & greet Service work?
A. Our driver will be waiting for you with a board showing Top Flight Travel along with your name and flight number.

Q. How many people and luggage would fit in the minibus?
A. Our minibus will seat up to 8 people with up to 8 normal sized suitcases
